Step into a Precision CNC Machining Lead role where you’ll report to Operations Management, partner with Engineering, and guide daily machining operations to create high-accuracy parts efficiently and safely.
What you’ll lead- Hands-on ownership of CNC machining and the resistive element process.
- Process control for Screening, Molding, and Machining, ensuring stability and throughput.
- Quality improvement initiatives that enhance first-pass yield and on-time delivery.
- Safety and 5S practices that keep the shop floor clean, organized, and audit-ready.
- Minimum 5 years in CNC machining and programming; HAAS experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; comfortable in an AS9100-regulated environment.
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
- High School Diploma required; additional college or trade school education valued.
- Driven self-starter with a detail-first mindset.
- Excellent communicator and dependable team contributor.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and consistently positive.
