Join our diverse production team to assemble potentiometers and subassemblies that meet tight specs and deliver reliable performance.What you’ll doBuild electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.Wire, install components, perform hand and fine-pitch soldering, and complete cable harnessing.Set up work, make adjustments, and hold tolerances to blueprint/schematic requirements.Work through semi-routine tasks while knowing when to adjust from standard practices.Leverage your learned skills and follow company procedures to complete assigned work.Support production needs with overtime as required (typically 5–10% of standard hours weekly; actual overtime may vary).Must-havesHigh School Diploma/GED OR 2 years of related, verifiable experience.Nice-to-havesMechanical assembly experience.Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints.Calm under pressure with consistent quality.Skill focusElectrical SchematicsSolderingPCB Assembly (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)Fine-Pitch SolderingMechanical Assembly SkillsHigh School / GEDExcellent Communication SkillsCompliance· Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
