Job Title: Room AttendantClassification: Full-Time, Non-ExemptDepartment: HousekeepingReports To: Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor

Compensation Range: $17.00-$18.00 Per Hour

Position Summary:The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms are clean, orderly, and fully stocked according to company standards. This role supports guest satisfaction by providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms (beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture)
• Replenish amenities and linens
• Remove trash and used items
• Report maintenance or damage issues
• Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly
• Maintain housekeeping cart and storage areas
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with deep-cleaning projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional communication with guests and staff
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Bilingual skills a plus

Work Environment:Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts. Exposure to cleaning agents and varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
