Account ManagerTITLE: Account ManagerCLASSIFICATION: Salary - ExemptDEPARTMENT: Operations ManagementREPORTS TO: Regional VPCompensation: $71,000 - $73,000 Salary - ExemptEssential Duties and Responsibilities of the Account Manager:Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressedCollaborate with various internal departments to ensure that client requests are fulfilledResolve all client complaints/concerns promptlyProvide 10 out of 10 services to our clients and business partnersMust work in a prompt and professional mannerHire and train team membersEnsure all jobs are completed on time each daySchedule special project work for team membersCreate weekly schedulesMust understand account budgets to manage daily timekeeping/budget reportsTrain all team members in safety programsTrain all team members in inspection and quality control procedures Make sure all reports are done correctly, neatly, and in a detailed mannerFollow all CSG safety proceduresFollow up on any additional work required by the Vice PresidentWork a minimum of 40 hours a week providing these services and the basics of this jobBe available at all times to your staff and clients should any concerns ariseBe an Account Manager who has excellent leadership qualities and motivates others in an optimistic mannerSkills and qualifications of the Account Manager:Must have a minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience in the hospitality industry (both front and back of house) or equivalentMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have strong organizational skills and attention to detailMust attend all required supervisor/leadership meetingsMust have experience with timekeeping/budgeting reportsMust be available to work weekends and be flexible with their scheduleMaintain a driving record that meets the minimum requirements of CSG Risk ManagementMust have knowledge of Cal-OSHA regulationsMust have knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial cleaning industryAbility to follow instructionsMust be able to pass and complete background checkWilling to learn and use CSG’s internal applications such as Workwave, Winteam, etc.Spanish Bilingual Preferred Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
