Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Morgan Hill, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and help foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Position Overview
The HR Generalist will work closely with leadership and employees to support day-to-day HR functions while helping create a collaborative and employee-focused environment across the facility. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, supporting teams, and helping drive a positive culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding activities
- Partner with leadership to promote a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and new hire orientation
- Provide excellent employee support and serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist managers with coaching, employee concerns, and HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with California labor laws and company policies
- Support HR reporting, training coordination, and general HR operations
Qualifications
- 3 years of HR Generalist experience
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Strong employee relations and interpersonal skills
- People-focused with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems and employee documentation
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
- Hands-on employee relations experience

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
