Field Service Engineer - Complex Machinery

Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves working with complex machinery? We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment for clients across multiple industries.

Location: North Royalton, OH. Must be comfortable with heavy travel.

Salary: Up to $90K base overtime monthly car allowance

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electronics
• Hands-on experience with integrated production machinery, not just stand-alone machines
• Ability to travel 60-75% of the time
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Associate degree or technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or applied sciences preferred (experience counts too)

What you’ll do:

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery in the field
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Read PLC programs and ladder logic to diagnose machine issues
• Train and support customers on proper machine operation
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex production challenges
