Carpentry Trade Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily carpentry operations and job site activities
- Lead and mentor carpenters, foremen, and temporary labor
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and workflow
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Maintain strong communication with project teams and leadership
Qualifications
- 10 years of commercial carpentry or construction experience
- Previous Foreman or Supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities in a fast-paced environment
