Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop next-generation cryptographic software solutions.
- Lead software development processes and mentor other developers.
- Apply technical standards, methodologies, and creative approaches to complex engineering challenges.
- Propose high-quality, high-performance solutions with minimal input.
- Perform kernel-level development and debugging on embedded systems.
- Support integration of Linux networking, routing, containerization, and embedded platforms.
- Champion new technologies, methodologies, and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related STEM field and 5 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus 3 years.
- Agile experience preferred.
- Security Clearance: DoD Secret clearance preferred at time of hire; must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
- 5 years developing Linux Kernel Drivers for embedded systems.
- Proficient in kernel driver debugging techniques.
- Experience with:
- Petalinux / Xilinx SoC (Zynq Ultrascale , Versal) - preferred
- Linux networking/routing - preferred
- Docker and Podman on Linux - preferred
- Wind River Linux - preferred
- Ability to lead and guide software development efforts.
- Strong collaborator, able to elevate team performance.
- Deep understanding of technology trends and willingness to champion new ideas.
- Committed to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related STEM field or equivalent experience as defined above.
- Hybrid/flex role based in Scottsdale, AZ.
- Option for 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).
