What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Marketing position at Contract Exteriors?
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Director of Marketing for our busy Exterior Remodeling Company. This individual will be in charge of driving lead generation initiatives and growth strategies. Including face to face lead generation at trade shows and local events, as well as leading our call center and digital efforts. The perfect individual will take extreme ownership over all of marketing.
Responsibilities
- Promote and grow brand awareness
- Manage spend to hit budget goals
- Train team members utilizing our proven scripts and methodologies.
- Review call center calls for script accuracy objection handling
- Schedule events for lead generation and build a team of people to staff and generate leads at events
- Develop promotions and effective offers for all marketing campaigns
- Maintain grow relationships w/ marketing partners and vendors
- Maintain update sales presentation software
Qualifications
- Strong leadership background
- Marketing degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to drive growth through influence and incentives
- Background in home improvement/home services lead generation helpful, but not required.
- Honest, Hungry, Humble, Hone-able
