This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Estimator based in Tulsa, OK. The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial projects, analyzing plans, and identifying project requirements. Daily tasks include assessing material and labor costs, collaborating with project managers, and staying updated on industry standards and building codes. The role requires clear communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
- Experience in Construction Estimating and Budgeting, with the ability to prepare accurate and detailed project cost analyses.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Knowledge of Roofs and related construction components is beneficial.
- Project Management expertise to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction documents, plans, and specifications.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with estimation software and tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
