What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Contract Callers, Inc.?
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Each dispatcher is responsible to work with 3 to 4 field representatives or bucket crews daily. They work together with the crew members to ensure accuracy of the work within the guidelines expected through the training of PECO and CCI management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete all morning CV (Cash Verification) reviews of assigned accounts.
- Remove accounts from Field Representative that have been eliminated from the current days work by our client.
- Use CAD to verify assigned work for the Field Representative.
- Push thru any job that the field staff cannot complete on their HHD (Hand Held Devices).
- Check all termination information and completed work results in CIMS and enter results into the Canton (CCI) data system.
- Communicate with the Field Representative or bucket crew throughout the day to assure all work is being performed accurately and completed in a timely manner.
- Assist the Field Representative with account information, meter status and locating properties.
- Remote Disconnect any meter from the office when required due to HHD (Hand Held Devices) or system issues.
- Complete CMO (Change meter orders) for meter exchanges when covering restorations.
- Maintain Field Representatives worksheets throughout the day using proper coding and highlighting.
- Balance completed work for each assigned Field Representative at the end of each day and print daily reports.
- Remove work from Field Representative in CAD at the end of each day that was not completed.
- Prepare Winter Survey packages.
- Check CAD for Winter Survey completion by the Field Representatives.
- Answer calls from the client and provide requested information on account status and update any accounts as needed.
- Follow up on any incidents / police activity or condition reports.
OTHER REQUIRED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clarify procedures and motivate work performance to achieve all goals set for the year.
- Assist the Dispatch Manager.
- All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
