Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies, management, and oversight of clinical and operational measures to improve and maintain excellence in healthcare provided at our medical center and health centers
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our patients
- Analyze data to inform decisions, improve workforce planning, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to modernize and streamline operations
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, or a health-related field
- Four years of full-time experience in executive management or operations management capacity
- Exemplary communication skills to convey complex policies and procedures across all levels of the organization
- Data-driven approach to inform decisions, improve workforce planning, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives
