Contour Spa is looking for someone to join our fast growing team in a highly competitive sales role. We are looking for someone that has a passion for sales, thrives in a commission based role and is motivated by the opportunity for growth within the company. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting the overall operations of the spa.
Essential Duties :
- Work directly with clients for their wellness and cryo-slimming needs
- Daily cleaning and spa organization
- Upselling (Promote and sell spa services/packages)
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Hit daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and conversion goals
- Communicate with new clients pre & post appointments
- Follow up text/calls to clients
- Measuring and Tracking clients results/progress throughout their entire journey
- Delighting their clients each and every encounter they have
- Get a minimum of 2 5 star google reviews a week
- Social media content/management (testimonials, reviews, before and afters)
- Respond to slack and GHL messages
Qualifications :
- Previous sales experience is a must
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Self-motivated nature with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
