This is a full-time, on-site position located in Smyrna, TN for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance operations, manage a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety standards, and execute both routine and preventive maintenance tasks. The role requires maintaining optimal equipment performance, troubleshooting, managing repair workflows, and ensuring the efficient operation of all maintenance activities in line with company policies.
- Strong leadership and Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide maintenance teams.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency and safety.
- Experience in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair, including troubleshooting and managing maintenance schedules.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance in aviation-related maintenance operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate activities and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in an on-site capacity and manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Additional qualifications in aviation maintenance or certifications such as FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license are a plus.
