Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Master"s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
- 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
- Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients" functional independence
- Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
