Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities:- ?Master"s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- ?Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- ?1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
- ?Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- ?Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- ?Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
