- ?Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
- ?Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- ?1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
- ?Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
- ?Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
- ?Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
