Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Heritage Manor Health Center a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.
- Seeking a licensed Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position Highlights:
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
- Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
