Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team at Sovran Health & Rehab in Columbus, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment where your expertise directly improves residents' communication, cognition, and swallowing outcomes.
