Regional Vice President - Must have proven experience overseeing multi-site (5-10 ) skilled nursing facilities for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy preferably in a contract therapy environment.
Remote: Must reside within one hour of Indianapolis IN.

Essential Functions
Accountable for all aspects of regional operations
Analyze clinical and financial performance and enact improvement plans as necessary
Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training and retention of all regional therapy staff
Work with company CEO/COO/EVP to strategically plan operations initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
Oversees all Directors of Rehabilitation within their assigned region. Tasked with ongoing leadership and management development of their team.
Make regular site visits to assigned facilities. Meet with customers at regular intervals and ensure satisfaction
Organize and host regular Director of Rehab meetings.
Foster a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues. Encourage them to help shape our company.
Participate in business development as needed
Contribute to our Partner Panel and Path Award process
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
Work with Recruitment to ensure the onboarding process is thorough and adheres to all laws and regulations of the various governing bodies.
Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies and their records are complete and up to date
Overseeing the employee’s termination and status change process.
Counseling employees when required. Initiating and following through on Performance Improvement Plans
Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.

Education, Experience, And Licensing Requirements
College degree in a therapy related field (PT, OT or SLP)
5 years of management experience in therapy, preferably Skilled Nursing
Active therapy license in state of residence
