Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a Full time opportunity for an Physical Therapist / PT split position at Admiral’s Pointe and Bayside H&R (formerly Laurels of New London) a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility where your expertise makes a daily impact.

• Position is 30 hours per week (2 days at 1 facility, 3 days at the other)
