Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
- ?Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
- ?Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
- ?1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
- ?Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
- ?Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- ?Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
- ?Schedule: Full-Time Daytime
- ?Locations: Marshfield, WI (goal is within 20 miles)
