Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Sheboygan Health Services a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.

Seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), or Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)

Position Highlights

Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
