What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief of Staff position at Continuum Solutions?
CHIEF OF STAFF
*Candidates must be able to commute to Northeast Houston, 77044
POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner and operational extension to the CEO. This role is designed to increase the CEO’s effectiveness across meetings, transactions, relationships, communications, and day-to-day execution.
The ideal candidate will operate as a proactive thought partner who can create structure, maintain momentum, and help drive alignment across a wide range of active initiatives and stakeholders. This is not a traditional administrative support role. Success in the role requires strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. The right candidate will bring both polish and humility — someone equally comfortable preparing briefing materials for a billion-dollar transaction and helping coordinate details for a team meeting or client dinner.
