Continuum Services is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development & Sales Specialist to help expand our Mobile Trade Services division. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building connections, creating opportunities, and delivering solutions that help commercial clients maintain and improve their facilities.
We're looking for someone with experience in commercial facility services, mobile maintenance, HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or related industries who enjoys developing new business relationships and driving growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in business development, sales, estimating, project management, service management, or related commercial service industries
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with commercial property owners, facility managers, engineers, developers, or other decision-makers
- A self-motivated, professional approach with a passion for helping clients solve facility challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with CRM platforms, ZoomInfo, CoStar, or similar sales tools
