What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Associate position at Continuum Resource Network?
We are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Logistics Associate to support warehouse operations, material flow, and production delivery activities.
In this role, you’ll execute core warehouse processes, maintain inventory accuracy, support kitting and lineside delivery, and ensure materials move efficiently from receiving to production. You’ll collaborate closely with production, logistics, and operations teams to deliver a seamless internal customer experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
As a Logistics Associate, you will:
- Execute material flow processes across the warehouse, including dock operations, production delivery, and shipping (via forklift, foot transport, and other methods).
- Use warehouse systems to input, retrieve, and track inventory and parts movements.
- Pull and deliver materials to assigned production areas based on the production schedule.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies through physical counts and system updates.
- Follow all warehouse safety standards, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
- Uncrate critical components for general assembly customers.
- Support indirect material storage and collaborate with stakeholders across the network.
- Ensure timely, accurate parts delivery to general assembly and base operations teams.
- Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving ability, and a strong sense of urgency in daily operations.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's with 4-6 years of industry experience or HS Degree/GED with 8-10 years of industry experience User level computer knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties on time. Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment.
- Ability to lift upto 50 lbs. Ability to quickly problem solve and deliver on high pressure situations.
- Possess a “get it done” attitude and a sense of urgency to resolve problems and tasks.
- Ability to successfully collaborate between the warehouse and production teams and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen. Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy.
Pay: $37.00 per hour
