Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Nurse located in Albemarle, NC. The Pediatric Nurse will provide exceptional in-home nursing care for pediatric patients under physician direction. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient health, offering emotional support to families, collaborating with healthcare teams, and adhering to medical and ethical standards. The role plays a vital part in improving the quality of life for children with specialized medical needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pediatric Nursing and Pediatrics to provide age-appropriate, compassionate care.
• Comprehensive skills in Nursing and foundational knowledge in Medicine for high-quality patient care.
• Critical Care Nursing experience to address complex medical conditions and emergencies.
• Active and current RN or LPN license in good standing with the applicable state licensing board.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to adapt to a home care environment and provide personalized care with empathy and professionalism.
• Previous experience in pediatric home healthcare is a valuable asset.
