Pediatric Home Care Nurse – Alexandria. VA | RN or LPN | Flexible Shifts

Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team in Alexandria, VA. Our nurses provide one-on-one skilled care to medically fragile clients in the comfort and safety of their homes.

Patient: 1 years, 2 months

Schedule:  Night Shifts: Saturday - 10pm to 6am (family is flexible with hours)

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Patient: 2 years, 7 months

We are looking for a nurse who:

· Has hands-on experience or open to learning to work with tracheostomies, ventilators, and GJ tubes

· Is dependable, empathetic, and confident in managing complex medical needs

· Values family-centered care and clear communication

· Demonstrates strong critical thinking and clinical judgment

Requirements:

✔ Valid VA RN or LPN license
✔ Current AHA-approved BLS for Healthcare professional CPR Certification
✔ Must pass a background check
✔ Pediatric home care or trach/vent/G-tube experience preferred
