What You’ll Do as a Continuum Caregiver

• Provide kind, respectful personal care that honors each individual’s dignity

• Help support daily routines, mobility, and a safe, comfortable home environment

• Offer genuine companionship and emotional encouragement

• Assist with simple meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Stay connected with families and our care team through clear, thoughtful communication
