Provides comprehensive planning and support for the coordination, implementation, scheduling, and evaluation of all program responsibilities. Provides assessment and decision-making skills to manage the program and any associated issues on a daily basis. Provides professional development to staff, interns, and volunteers. Reports to the Program Director and is involved in on-call responsibilities. Performs other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSProgram Management:
- Works with Program Director to ensure compliance and delivery of program goals and objectives.
- Facilitates and monitors effective daytoday delivery of services.
- Provides assessment and decisionmaking skills needed to manage the program and any associated issues on a daily basis.
- Manages assigned budget, monitoring costs and allocation of resources in collaboration with Director.
- Assigns caseloads, program duties, and determines scheduling of staff.
- Establishes and ensures rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries for all team members.
- Ensures client needs are continuously met included but not limited to: daily
services, education and employment.
- Monitors effective engagement between staff, clients, volunteers, and identified program supports.
- Ensures that services are personcentered and responsive to individual needs.
- Schedules, attends and participates in agency, team, and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Facilitates psychoeducational groups as indicated to support client growth and lifeskill development.
- Ensures company vehicles are in good working condition and completes
- Maintains property to ensure building/office is welcoming upon entrance and

- Prepares and ensure compliance with Quality and Chart audits, Billing audits.
- Maintains benchmark guidelines and develops action plans as identified.
- Ensures continuity of care for delivery of services.
- Supervises program admissions, planning, and discharge processes.
- Plans and facilitates staff and house/community meetings.
- Facilitates coordination with other agencies and community services ensuring appropriate client care.
- Monitors documentation of services and the collection of data for contracted/agency reporting.
- Responds to crisis situations and provides appropriate interventions, de escalation, and debriefing.
- Provides rotating oncall coverage.
- Works with Program Director in the recruitment, selection, and hiring of staff.
- Provides and documents supervision and performance evaluations consistent with agency policy.
- Provides new staff with program orientation and ongoing professional development and training.
- Addresses concerns with staff or other professionals constructively and in a

- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire. Employee is responsible to maintain ongoing certification.
