What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager position at Continuum Medical Staffing?
* 12 weeks, ASAP start
* M-F, 8 hour days; 40 hours per week
* Must have at least 1 year of home hospice RN HCHB experience
* CT RN License and BLS required
