Family Nurse Practitioner needed for a Primary/Acute Care Family Medicine setting serving patients ages 2 and up,
- Coverage dates: May 25–July 31, 2026
- Schedule is Monday–Wednesday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Ideal candidate should have independent family practice experience including wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits
- Active OH license & DEA required
- Lodging on workdays and mileage reimbursement provided
