Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRN to join our dynamic care team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care across diverse healthcare settings, including long-term care, hospitals, assisted living, and home health. As a PRN CNA, you will provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality care tailored to individual needs.

Duties

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care and behavioral health support.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety through proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and infection prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification with current licensure in the applicable state.
• Demonstrated experience in diverse healthcare settings including hospital medicine, long-term care, assisted living, hospice, or home health.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays is helpful.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to caregiving; ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
