Client Locations: West and South St. Louis County and St. Charles County
Shift Available: 4 hours up to 12 hour shifts; mornings, afternoons, and overnights (The earliest shifts start at 7am)

The responsibilities of a Continuum Caregiver:
- Client engagement and companionship
- Assisting with client personal care: dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, etc.
- Light Housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Client transportation: running errands, medical appointments, outings (Valid driver's license and car insurance required)
- Building professional relationships with clients, their families, and the Continuum management team
The position requirements for a Continuum Caregiver:
- Have at least 3 years of caregiving experience
- Provide and maintain a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Pass a background screening
- The ability to move objects averaging 100lbs (with use of assistive devices)
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
