Job Description
Construction Laborer perform tasks involving manual labor on construction sites. Some duties include fusing HDPE pipe, running an excavator, driving a haul truck, checking grade, and any other manual labor as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
- Must be willing to travel 3-6 weeks at a time, with one week spent at home each month, and comfortable with lodging in hotels.
- Must be capable of walking long distances, working extended hours, and lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, lift, push, pull, bend and twist.
- Ability to carry 50 lbs.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in safely operating vehicles and equipment, including pickup trucks and smaller machinery.
- The ability to work safely in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
- Having previous experience in Landfill or Construction industries is preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
- Possession of specialized certifications or training is considered a bonus.
