Client Service Associate
Our client, located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan is actively seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join their high-functioning team which has been recognized several times by Forbes and Barron’s as one of America’s Top 30 Wealth Advisors.
As a member of this financial firm, the CSA is responsible for providing an unforgettable first impression with daily interaction and direct support to the firm’s Financial Advisor(s). Essential Duties:
- Ensuring client and perspective client needs are promptly and accurately addressed/answered with professionalism through telephone calls and/or e-mail
- Providing positive and professional customer service by striving to exceed the client’s expectations on every interaction
- Support the Managing Principal and Lead Relationship Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to preparing materials for client meetings
- Create and maintain client files, prepare client forms and reports from rough draft and originating correspondence as requested
- Create and close accounts
- Add power of attorney and trading authority, as applicable
- Link life insurance and annuity accounts
- Complete client registrations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
- 5 years minimum experience as a Client Service Associate required, with experience on a high-net-worth financial advisor team
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 preferred

- Intermediate to advanced level computer skills; ability and willingness to learn and effectively utilize new technology as requested/required
