Salmon Health and Retirement in Medway is seeking a Nursing Staff Scheduler to schedule Licensed Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Personal Care Assistants for all three shifts at the Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Communities. Responsibilities also includes Medical Records.
Monday through Friday shift, may include weekend responsibility as needed
Prior scheduling experience in a Senior Living setting is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for schedules of Nurses, CNAs, & PCAs
- Post daily staffing sheet and keep updated daily
- Edit clock Punches
- Keep track of employee attendance
- Calculate daily nursing hours
- Keep track of nursing pool usage weekly
- Payroll: Calculate charge nurse and supervisor pay and add vacation time to timecards
- Replace call outs
- Review available nursing positions with the Director of Nursing
- Keep track of per diem requirements
- Assist with CNA duties when needed
- Maintain Medical Records
- Scan and file Medical Records
- Keep inventory of medical supplies
- Order medical supplies as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership team
