What are the responsibilities and job description for the LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE position at Continuing Care Management?
Part time, 7a-3p or 3p-9p including every other weekend
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration, nursing procedures, and resident care standards.
