What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice RN- On Call position at Continuing Care Management?
Salmon Hospice is seeking an On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse to join a cohesive, growing team. Work 7 days on and have 7 days off! This is a full-time salaried position. Hours are M-F 4pm-8am and Sat/Sun. Main duties include taking the phones during off-hours when the main office is closed, triaging calls, and making visits as needed to provide continuity of care to our patient population and meet their urgent needs. There will be other RN's helping with visits in the field Sat/Sun during the day.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Registered Nurse Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
- Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Hospice experience preferred
