Job Summary

We are hiring a Regional Sales Representative to grow our Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy business across Colorado, Utah, and Idaho. This role focuses on building relationships with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers by promoting pharmacy services and customized medication management solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare or pharmaceutical sales professional who thrives in relationship-driven sales and territory management.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $70,000–$85,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Performance-Based Incentives: Additional earnings tied to individual and regional sales performance
• Total Compensation: Up to $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within long-term care facilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility administrators, directors of nursing, and other decision-makers
• Conduct sales presentations and service demonstrations
• Understand facility needs and recommend tailored pharmacy solutions
• Manage and grow a sales pipeline to meet or exceed performance goals
• Coordinate with internal pharmacy operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
• Track market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience; healthcare, pharmaceutical, or LTC experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with long-term care operations and pharmacy services is a plus
• Willingness to travel throughout Colorado, Utah, and Idaho
