The Role We are seeking a dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our Dayton team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support that allows seniors to remain in their own homes, live with loved ones, or thrive in supported communities. You’ll be a trusted companion, a helping hand, and a source of comfort—making a meaningful difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities (e.g., meal prep, light housekeeping, errands)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and promote the well-being of clients
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure personalized care
- Uphold CTB’s high standards of communication and service
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with seniors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR and First Aid certification a plus
- Resume and references required
