As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of Continuant’s go-to-market (GTM) team. This role is responsible for generating top-of-funnel leads through outbound prospecting. Working closely with the Demand Generation team, the SDR will primarily leverage cold calling to build a robust pipeline of quality leads across multiple industries.

Primary Responsibilities:
- High-volume cold calling for data validation and event invitations
- Qualify leads and book meetings for AEs
- Managing email inboxes, outreach and building sequences within the CRM
- Utilizing multiple sales tools, CRM, and platforms
- Utilizing LinkedIn and social selling
- Ongoing education around foundational sales skills and industry knowledge

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

- Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in high metrics or call center environment preferred (6 months)
- Experience with CRM/HubSpot
- Previous sales or customer service experience
Salary : $42,000 - $60,000
