Must Haves: ERP experience (no preference between Oracle, SAP, etc., just need to have the experience with one). Excel – pivot tables, V Lookups, etc.; no macros or excel gymnastics. Billing experience.
Schedule: In office; Monday's - Friday's; 9am - 5pm
OB DESCRIPTION
The Project Accountant is responsible for the following:
- Perform capital and reimbursable project administration to ensure adherence with Company policies.
- Prepare reimbursable invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual terms. Collaborate with the project manager and 3rd party to ensure collection of invoices in a timely manner.
- Support application modifications that impact property applications and processes through system testing and defect resolution.
- Support the monthly/quarterly/annual financial close process. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables with adherence to the 4-day month-end close deadline.
- Prepare and document the necessary detailed fixed asset transactions including unitizations, retirements, allocations and journal entries for management review.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy in accordance with established timelines.
- Assist in preparing ad-hoc analysis and special reports as needed

ABILITIES:
- Basic computer skills, particularly in Oracle, Excel, Smartsheet, and other related tools and technologies.
- Detail orientation and an ability to follow procedures and structured workflow system guides.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
