Job Description
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Join our team in Halstead, KS, and play a vital role in the production of high-quality products. We are looking for dedicated Press Operators with strong attention to detail who are eager to contribute to our commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Your Tasks
- Machine Operation: Operate curing presses and other machinery while ensuring the highest levels of precision and efficiency. Report issues promptly to your Department Head or Supervisor using established communication channels.
- Production Documentation: Accurately complete daily production reports, including those related to productivity, quality control holds, material usage, and material movement.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, corporate policies, and internal procedures. Seek clarification from your Department Head or Supervisor when needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in enhancing your knowledge of work orders, products, and processes. Contribute to safety, quality, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives. Take part in internal and external training opportunities.
- 3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am with overtime as needed.
- Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety shoes that are composite or steel toe at all times. Other required PPE includes, but is not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection and hand protection.
- The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
- The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Intermediate computer skills required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail is critical, as defects in cured products can be challenging to repair.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred but not required.
- Commitment to teamwork and a desire to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

- Have more than 1 years experience in manufacturing position
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift and/ or Crane operating experience
