Job Description
This role supports both Customer Service and our Assembly Operations. As Customer Service support, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the phone lines for inbound customer calls.
- Partnering with the Customer Service team to ensure accurate information is relayed to customers.
- Sending order confirmations to customers.
- Assisting with internal sales calls.
- Coordinating with Operations to establish accurate lead times.
- Performing machine assembly and other assembly support functions.
- Supporting critical manufacturing success areas in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
- Meeting specification requirements for the product and following defined quality system requirements (work instructions, standard work, auditing), improving indicators.
- Using basic problem-solving skills.
- Participating as an active member of the production team and filling in where needed.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – ASSEMBLY TECH 1

- Basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft applications and Outlook.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work 8-hour shift.
- General understanding of basic safety procedures.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic assembly skills, using hand tools including wrench, screwdriver, hammer, and drill; basic measurement skills using a tape measure.
- Basic mechanical experience.
