What You’ll Be Doing
- Unify and lead a global CNC programming team across multiple sites
- Standardize programs, tool libraries, and macros for global repeatability
- Champion best-in-class technologies and continuous improvement
- Leverage ERP and CRM data to streamline forecasting and planning
- Manage a highly skilled CNC Programmer and optimize department structure
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Hold a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent CNC Machining and Programming Work Experience in High mix, low volume manufacturing
- Have deep ERP/MRP and CAD/CAM systems expertise (e.g. Mastercam, Infor, GSS, Esprit, etc.)
- Skilled in building standardized systems across multi-site operations
- Strong grasp of lean manufacturing and S&OP strategy integration
- Expert in Esprit programming software is highly preferred
- Have managed a team of programmers and led change initiatives related to improved efficiency and outcomes for a company
