- Document all work performed accurately
Qualifications
- Baseline experience in FRP repair (industrial, marine, piping, tanks, etc.)
- Familiarity with materials like vinyl ester, polyester resins, and epoxy
- Ability to read technical drawings and repair specs
- Strong safety mindset (confined space entry, PPE use)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
