Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks as a Maintenance Technician
Address repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance needs
Monitor building systems, equipment, and facility conditions
Identify and report safety, maintenance, and environmental concerns
Perform routine inspections to help ensure the facility remains safe and operational
Ensure maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety standards and facility procedures
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
Maintain accurate records of completed work and maintenance activities
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs
Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Qualifications
Maintenance, facilities, or building operations experience preferred
Knowledge of basic building systems and equipment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Reliable, responsive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
