Continental Services Group, Inc. is looking for a Product Processor & Packer to join our Fort Lauderdale team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing blood units and preparing blood components for shipment. You’ll work within our fast-paced manufacturing area, where consistency, speed, and attention to detail are critical. Key Responsibilities:
- Process blood units from the donor room and prepare components for shipment.
- Accurately label, assign, and handle blood units and samples in a timely manner.
- Assist with labeling and prepping bags for phlebotomy.
- Pack and prepare blood components for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Check shipments for accuracy before dispatch.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including standing, sitting, and moving frequently throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment is a plus, but not required.
- Medical field experience is beneficial but not mandatory—we will train you!
- Strong reading and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
