Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our dining services team as Part-Time Servers on our PM Shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for students, individuals seeking supplemental income, or anyone looking for flexible evening hours in a rewarding senior living environment.

Position Summary

As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining service to our residents while helping create a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable mealtime experience. Successful candidates enjoy working with seniors, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take meal orders and serve food and beverages accurately
• Assist residents with menu selections as needed
• Set and clear dining room tables before and after meal service
• Refill beverages and respond promptly to resident requests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room
• Assist with meal preparation tasks and dining room setup as assigned
• Follow all food safety and infection control guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the culinary and dining services team

Qualifications

• Previous serving, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays throughout the shift
